started some roof work on the pup. Removed one corner cap and removed the awning channel bracket strip.
The channel bracket screws were held by nothing. The wood underneath is disintigrated.
The lower part of the side however seems solid. Not sure how one wood element could be gone and another is seemingly untouched. The channel strip was only being held by the caulking underneath.
